Insane Terrain Running takes on The Great North Run 2012

Part of the Insane Terrain Running team took on The Bupa Great North Run 2012 today. With Just under 40,000 people taking part in this years Great North Run, the day was truly enjoyable for all those involved. 

Wilson Kipsang won the event with a time of 59 minutes and six seconds! Very impressive indeed!

The day was full of “Insane” stories and its been reported that a man completed this annual half marathon with a fridge on his back! 

The run started in 1976 and has become the UK’s largest mass participation race. 

Andy, part of the Insane Terrain Running team said “It was a brilliant day and we both really enjoyed ourselves. The crowds really help to pull you along and it was great to take the Insane Terrain Running Logo to all those supporters and participants of running!”
