On Sunday 23rd September, the guys from Insane Terrain Running took on an adventure run in Derbyshire. With mud like glue and hills like cliffs, we absolutely smashed it. 

We took inspiration from the best bits, and noted the boring bits, all in order to make our courses, unbeatable.
