What is the minimum age to enter a race?

Race entry is for 16 years and over. Entrants who are 16 – 17 require a signed parental consent form which must be completed and returned before the race place is confirmed.

Do I receive a race number and when will I get it?

Yes you will receive a race number. You need to collect your race number and timing chip from the registration tent on the morning of the race.

Where and when can I view my race time results?

Your time can be viewed at the finish line at all races as well as on our website in the following week.

Will there be a safety briefing and what will it contain?

Yes, there will be a safety briefing within one hour before your race start time. You will be told nearer to race day what time you should attend. It will include key hazards to watch out for as well as what to do if you cannot continue or become injured.

Do you have shower facilities available on site?

Currently, there are no showering facilities at any of our courses.

Can spectators come along?

Yes, the more support the merrier. There will be toilets and refreshments available at every race and viewing points at some of the key obstacles.

How is the starting order decided?

On your entry form, you will be asked for a predicted completion time as well as your reasons for entering. We will group people with the same ability and goals together in order to make all runners feel more comfortable.

When will I receive my start time and race information pack?

Your start time will be emailed to you about 1 week before the event. Race information will be collected on the morning of the event along with your number and timing chip.

Will there be a warm up?

Yes, here will be a qualified fitness instructor on hand to hold a pre race warm up before every wave of runners.

Is there Parking available?

Yes, there is free parking available on site at all our courses.
